Description

With more than 10 years of experience in design and production of electron beam welding, TECHNIX offers a complete range of sources dedicated for this application.

Based on double-resonance technology, these power supplies offer many advantages in terms of performance, flexibility, reliability and price.

Integrated models are offered for customers for customers who are looking for a plug and play configuration.
All the models include an oil tank.

In standard 45 kV, and 60kV are available. Other Voltages can be considered.
Power range from 6 kW to 120 kW.

P1: Adjustment of Trs: High Voltage Raising Time when starting.
Min and max times are customer defined. Typically adjustable from 0.2 to 2s.

P2: Adjustment of Tstop: HV stop time following an electric arc.
Min and max times are customer defined. Typically adjustable from 2 to 100ms.

P3: Adjustment of Tra: HV Raising time following a stop due to an electrical arc.
Min and max times are customer defined. Typically adjustable from 5 to 125ms.
